Tasting Notes
The Casalin opens with notes of macerated strawberry and fresh cherry along with a classic Italian balsamic quality, while the palate is lush and robust with the same fruit, light tannins, and a long earthy finish.

A lovely red aperitif, especially in the winter time, the Jera is wonderful with lighter proteins like grilled soy-marinated chicken skewers, a crispy-skin salmon fillet with an herby cream sauce, or market vegetables with aioli.
