2023 Domaine Saint Appollinaire 1,2,3 Rosé
Tasting Notes
A great example of how much varietal character a rosé can carry, the 1,2,3 Rosé from Saint Apollinaire opens with dark, brooding Syrah fruits, but with charming levity, and a touch of vanilla sweetness. The palate is bold for rosé, but with plenty of refreshing acidity, and a lot of sun-baked character, great for the early afternoon.
Food Pairing
A perfect rosé for pairing, this will be delicious beside piquant pork preparations like carnitas, or chorizo with pickled onions. It will be lovely beside heavier appetizers too like quiche in tartlets, or escargot.

2023 Domaine Striffling Priére aux Etoiles
Tasting Notes
Sometimes, a wine delivers exactly what you'd expect, and sometimes, that's perfect. The Striffling Priére aux Étoiles delivers on the promise of Beaujolais, opening with a basket of red cherries and strawberries on the nose, with just a hint of earthen minerality. The palate continues these fruits, adding in just a touch of fresh herbs, and a soft, lengthy finish.
Food Pairing
Nothing goes together like burgers and Beaujolais, and this wine will be perfect at any backyard barbecue. For a more elegant, regional pairing, try a classic cassoulet, or ratatouille.

2022 Hoch Family Reunion
Tasting Notes
The white wines of Austria have achieved global renown, and with good reason, their mix of full flavor and brisk acidity makes them refreshing, full-fruited, and lovely food pairing wines. In the Reunion, the melding of Riesling and Grüner Veltliner results in a wine with light yellow florals and a touch of fresh green herbs, while the palate holds ripe citrus, stony minerality, and a brisk, clean finish in store.
Food Pairing
A zesty aperitif wine, the Reunion will be lovely beside all manners of lighter fare: think fresh vegetables with mediterranean dips, bright raw fish preparations like ceviche, and gazpacho.
