2022 Mas Que Vinos Los Conejos Malditos Rosado
Tasting Notes
From the first whiff of this fun and flirtaceous rosé, you can tell it's a bottle that will go fast. Opening with bright, appealing note of ripe strawberry and a touch of saline minerality, while the palate is bright, expressive, and acidic.
Food Pairing
An ideal aperitif wine, the Conejos Malditos will match up well with light vegetarian and seafood appetizers like salmon tartare, a roasted beet salad, or raw oysters.

2022 Domaine Rouge Bleu Dentelle Rosé
Tasting Notes
Opening with an enticing nose of fresh strawberries and a kiss of strawberry jam, it also has a mineral edge that keeps things interesting. On the palate, the wine presents spectacular fruit weight right on entry, with a long, fresh finish, and just a kiss of seabreeze.
Food Pairing
While a rosé of this variety will always be a pleasure to drink on its own, the Dentelle offers enough verve and complexity to match all sorts of interesting dishes. If you'd like to go provençal with it, a classic Bouillabaise with plenty of rouille will be extraordinary, or a ratatouille if you'd like to get your veggies in.

2022 Chateau Soucherie L’Astree
Tasting Notes
Rosé of Cab Franc has a certain, "je ne sais quoi," that will always delight us. The mix of delicate yet deep red and purple fruits, combined with a soupçon of herbaceousness make it just a bit more interesting than most rosé we taste. The Soucherie opens with bright notes of red fruit with a touch of herbal green, while the palate is fresh, bouncy, and equal parts easy and lovely.
Food Pairing
A perfect early spring aperitif to enjoy on its own, the Soucherie will match raw seafood like oysters with apple brunoise and mignonette, or salmon crudo very well.
