The Wines...

2023 Caveau Quinard Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes
A wine of undeniable purity and charm, the Caveau Quinard opens with the distinct red cherry note that could only come from Pinot Noir, along with ethereal purple flowers. On the palate, the wine is both refreshing, and full-fruited, with the same red cherry dovetailing with deeper red currant, and a slaty, elegant mineral streak, before concluding with a long finish with delicate tannins.
Food Pairing
The Quinard Pinot will do well beside a plate of alpine cheeses with currant jam, a roast chicken simply basted with butter and fresh herbs, or quiches of different varieties.

2023 Domaine de la Cotelleraie Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes
This Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is a classic representation of its terroir, and even smells a bit like the nearby Atlantic. Aromas of zesty citrus, freshly-cut grass, and sea air greet the nose. On the palate, it shines with vibrant acidity, delivering flavors of crisp green apple and grapefruit. A quintessential example of Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, refreshing and true to its heritage.
Food Pairing
The zestiness of this wine makes it a great partner for seafood - enjoy it beside a tuna or swordfish steak with rosemary, a salmon tartare, or a plate of lemony grilled vegetables.

2015 Champagne Lelarge-Pugeot Nature et Non dosé
Tasting Notes
A wine of tremendous intensity thanks to a few years in the bottle, the nose is rich and lush with notes of sugared doughnut, butterscotch, and sweet citrus, moving to a palate that's at once full and brisk, with just a touch of white fruit, small bubbles, and a deep, mineral finish.
Food Pairing
A lovely wine to sit with and meditate on, the Nature et Non Dosé will do extremely well beside richer seafood dishes like oysters rockefeller, or lobster thermidore, but also earthier elegant dishes like mushroom risotto with truffle, or duck liver pâté.
